Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic plan to acquire customers and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, contact & meet potential customers, sign agreements, enrol them as FlexxPay customers and their employees as users
  • Achieve & exceed annual revenue targets within the assigned Territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customers’ business needs and objectives; identify road blocks that prevent potential customers to enrol with FlexxPay in Saudi Arabia and implement strategies to overcome such road blocks
  • Ensure employee transaction KPIs are achieved from enrolled to active to transacting employees
  • Ensure financial KPIs are achieved
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and meetings

Knowledge, Skills & Personality

  • Strong business development driven background and ambitious character
  • Existing network to relevant businesses in the Territory are a must have
  • Able to communicate efficiently and convince customers to adopt FlexxPay’s solution
  • Proven sales experience, with strong track record and achievements in the business development / sales field
  • Previous experience as a sales / business development manager in the Territory
  • Ability to communicate professionally, present and influence all levels of the organization,including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to execute the business development strategy
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as business development manager, developing client-focused,differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic and English
