JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and enrol them as FlexxPay customers
  • Own and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned Territory
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to acquire customers and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customers’ business needs and objectives; identify road blocks that prevent potential
  • customers to enrol with FlexxPay and implement strategies to overcome such road blocks
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and meetings
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, incl. possible regulatory issues

Knowledge, Skills & Personality

  • Strong sales driven background and character
  • Able to communicate efficiently and convince customers to adopt FlexxPay’s solution
  • Ambitious driven individual with excellent contacts to companies in the Territory.
  • Proven sales experience, with strong track record and achievements in the business development / sales field
  • Previous experience as a sales manager in the Territory
  • Ability to communicate professionally, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as business development manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic and English

  • Highly knowledgeable about FlexxPay process workflow and product features.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
  • Direct customers to the right online workflow.
  • Audit, verify and update customer records in the system including notes about interactions.
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
  • Answer customers disputes and make sure they are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with employers on pending enrolments & transactions.
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
  • Make sure that employers and employees enjoy using FlexxPay solutions.
